Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email address and password (stored hashed), the deals and comparable sales you enter, your plan status, and a daily count of AI summaries. If you join the checklist, we store that email address.

Why. To run your account, save your deals, enforce plan limits, and process payments. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it. Our hosting and database provider; Stripe (card payments) and NOWPayments (crypto payments), which receive payment details directly — we never see your card number; and an AI model provider, which receives only the numbers of the one deal you ask to summarize.

Cookies. We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA). On your Account page you can download all your data or permanently delete your account at any time. Deletion cancels any card subscription and removes your deals. Payment records Stripe must keep for tax law are held by Stripe.

Retention. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Checklist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit, and each account can only access its own deals, enforced in the database.
